The present general Terms and Conditions of sale aim at setting and providing all the necessary information to the user as far as ordering, selling, paying and delivering purchases made through this site are concerned.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without previous warning. Please read them carefully whenever you place an order or make a purchase.

By using this site, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. You thereby acknowledge that you have read and accepted the relevant rights and obligations stated herein.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the contract between the buyer and RC FibreComponents, which regulates the use of this website.

1- Law and Jurisdiction

A) in addition to this contract, any purchase made on this site will also be subject to the Portuguese legislation, namely Act 143/2001, of 26 April; 7/2004, of 7 January, as well as to all other applicable European Union legislation and directives;

B) this contract is subject to Portuguese law and the court of the judicial district of Anadia shall have jurisdiction for all disputes relating to the interpretation, performance or validity of these Terms and Conditions. rc-fibrecomponents.com cannot be held liable in matters of delays or contractual defaults by force of circumstance, such as: disturbance, total or partial strike of postal services and transportation or communication means; flood; fire or war.

2- Purchase of a product or a service

A) all products are priced in euro (€) and that is clearly advertised on the site. VAT is not included in the price, under legal fees in force. Prices can be changed without previous notice until the receipt of the order;

B) in cases of mistaken price mark-up we will not be obliged to supply the goods at that price, being the customer previously informed thereof;

C) the cost of delivery is not included in the price of the products and it will be added to each order according to volume, weight and destination postal;

D) your order is a purchase order to us. We ask you to carefully verify the data you provide in order to insure that each item is correct. We also ask you to provide us with all the information regarding the order with the needed amount of time to insure the proper implementation of this agreement;

E) you can contact us through the electronic address info@rc-fibrecomponents.com to clarify any aspect relating to your order. Please, allow us a 3-working-day within which to reply.

3- Delivery

A) the cost of delivery will be calculated according to the volume and postal destination that will be added to the total price to be paid once your order is confirmed;

B) surcharges can be applied if the buyer fails to be present at the moment and place of delivery;

D) any risk of damage or loss is transferred to the buyer at the time of delivery or if he/she wrongfully refuses delivery when this is attempted or if the data provided are not correct;

E) the ownership of goods is not transmitted to you until we receive full payment of all sums due;

F) we include shipping insurance on all deliveries that we do
and we invest in comfortable and safe packaging to offer a high quality service. However, if for any reason damage during shipping occurs, please do not accept delivery and immediately fill in a complaint that the carrier’s employee will have for this purpose. We ask you to inform us as soon as possible in order to resolve the situation;

G) if the package comes from outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for all import taxes and any other taxes applicable to the entry into the country of destination. Please contact the local customs for further information;

H) the buyer is responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations of the country in which he/she receives the goods;

4- Responsibility for the information published

Although we constantly improve, update and correct the information published on this site, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information published. Also we cannot take responsibility for any information published on this site. All the information will be used or accredited in accordance with the criteria of the reader.
A) we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free experience of consultation of this website and we cannot accept any liability in respect of such interruptions or errors;

B) we do not guarantee that this site will operate in whole or in part on any computer or specific software or that it is free of viruses or of any other circumstance which may have a detrimental effect on the equipment used.

B) unless indicated in these terms and conditions, the content of this website may not be copied, projected, modified, printed, sold, rented, handled or transmitted in any way without our prior written consent;

C) the contents of this website may only be used for your personal use; this site may be linked or included in part or in full in another external website without our prior written permission.

6- General warnings

In no circumstances will we be responsible for:
A) economic losses of any kind;
B) indirect, special or consequential damages, damages to or loss of data on this site.

7- Guarantees and after-sales service

All products are sold with a guarantee of compliance, without prejudice to the applicable legal guarantees.
The rc-fibrecomponents.com undertakes to carry out eventual repairs with the suppliers. The warranty of the products sold is set exclusively by the manufacturer of the product, as established under the law 23/2003 of warranties and consumer goods sales, handling conditions, correct use and conservation.
The guarantee is valid in all European Union countries. All products purchased in “outlet” feature slight manufacturing defects, which are in many cases almost imperceptible. We decline all responsibility in cases of improper assembly. If you receive a damaged product, you should contact the company using the contact details provided on this site.
